A light colored soft wood with tons of character in its knots, swirly grains and beautiful cathedrals. Sometimes as the wood decays, it leaves beautiful hews of green and blue in its outer sapwood

Birch is a very light, very strong hardwood. Closely related to oak, it is in the same family as alder. It finishes well and has tight linear grains with the occasional characteristic knots.
Handcrafted by Green Mountain Tableworx, our Standard base features square 3"x3" or 4"x4" post style legs, straight edged skirt boards with decorative routered bottom. 3" legs used with our coffee tables or benches and the 4" with all tables ordered with standard base.
Handcrafted by Green Moutain Tableworx, our Semi-Custom base offers the same 3"x3" or 4"x 4" square post style legs used in our standard base, however with this option, we add live edge skirt boards as opposed to the standard straight routered in that of the standard base.

Fully amplifying the beauty of your piece by magnifying the character through a crystal clear gloss. Still offering superior protection, dressed up with a brilliant shine.
This is a chemically hardened 2 or 3 part process that is poured over your piece, self levels and finishes with a built up gloss equivalent to 70 coats of gloss urethane. Very common on bar tops or pieces that wish to make a statement. Photos and objects can be placed and cast into this resin to become an integral part of your piece.
A unique finishing system that creates a milky whitewash or aged cracking appearance. Can be coated with the urethanes or resins such as epoxy or polyester to further enhance.
A finishing process in which acid is applied to the piece to create an older or reclaimed look. Further finishes such as urethane or resins can be applied over this process to further enhance this effect.
